Celebrating success.

I had the opportunity to support the Whangārei Boys’ High School Sports and Cultural Awards, an annual event that recognises and celebrates the achievements of students across a diverse range of disciplines, from athletics and team sports to music, drama, kapa haka, and academic pursuits. My role involved overseeing key aspects of event logistics, including venue setup, technical coordination, and managing transitions between performances, award presentations, and speeches. With a large audience of students, staff, whānau, and community members, attention to detail and precise time management were crucial to ensure the event remained polished and engaging throughout. It was an honour to contribute to a night that uplifted student success, fostered school pride, and highlighted the vibrant cultural life of WBHS.
