As a member of the organising committee for the 2024 WGHS/WBHS Senior Ball, I was actively involved in the end-to-end planning and execution of one of the most anticipated events on the school calendar. Working closely with student leaders, staff, and external vendors, I helped coordinate key aspects of the evening, including venue selection, décor planning, entertainment, catering logistics, and event flow. My background in event production and technical management allowed me to contribute practical solutions around lighting, sound, and staging to elevate the overall experience. From budgeting and supplier coordination to creating a smooth, safe, and memorable night for over 800 students, being part of this committee was an exciting opportunity to bring a shared vision to life.
